10:30pm - 6:30am
Job Summary
Certified Nurses Aides and Personal Care Providers will need to demonstrate reliability, initiative and professionalism as well as a caring, supportive and nurturing behavior. They must provide high quality resident care in accordance with established policies and have the skills necessary to manage the resident services and hands-on activities required by the residents and the nature of the facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
(This list may not include all of the duties assigned and may be supplemented)
1.Maintain and document resident records in compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policy.
2.Perform fundamental duties of resident care not requiring a license.
3.Assist with the admission, discharges and transfers of residents.
4.Assist with the hands-on care of residents such as feeding, bathing, hygiene, dressing undressing and other activities of daily living.
5.Inventory resident possessions on admission and discharge.
6.Administer/monitor medication and treatments per physician orders.
7.Perform housekeeping duties in resident units on a regular basis and other general common area housekeeping when needed.
8.Report any maintenance/building or safety issues/problems to front desk personnel.
9.Assist in the dining room at meal times, serving residents, busing tables, clean-up and room set-up.
10.Report any physical, mental or emotional changes of residents to Team Leaders, i.e., bruises, skin tears, depression, anxiety, lack of appetite, etc.
11.Other duties as assigned by the Executive Administrator, Resident Services Director and/or the Supervisor.

Performance Requirements
1.Ability to understand and follow instructions.
2.Ability to perform essential duties.
3.Obey all safety rules.

Education/Certification/Experience
1.High school diploma or GED preferred.
2.Certificate/License: Assisted Care Certification, Med Certification, Food Handler's Certification, Valid Driver's License and current auto insurance preferred.
3.Experience in assisted living setting and multi-line phone system preferred but not required.
